INFORMATION FOR ORAL PRESENTERS

 

Plenary lectures: 35 min talk + 5 min questions

Invited lectures: 25 min talk + 5 min questions

Oral communications: 15 min talk + 5 min questions

Flash communications: 8 min talk + 2 min questions

All the presenters are requested to prepare their oral presentations using Power Point for Microsoft Windows. The slides format required is 16:9. A template has been created by the organizers and it is highly recommended for use at least for the first and last slides. The template can be downloaded here.

The complete file of the presentation in either ppt or pptx or PDF format has to be put by each presenter on Conftool by August 30, 2021. After that date, the file uploading will be definitively closed.

In order to overcome possible issues related to poor connection, each presenter has also to send a video of the presentation, using these parameters:

  • Resolution: min 720p, max 1080p
  • Format: .mp4
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • It is recommended to record the video using Power Point for Microsoft Windows and keeping both the webcam and the audio on.

The file of the video (named with the number available in the scientific program) has to be put on a specific drive by August 30, 2021. The drive for all types of oral contributions is   - Click here

 

 

 

INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

 

Each poster will be presented by means of video slides. All the presenters are requested to prepare their poster using Power Point for Microsoft Windows. The slides format required is 16:9. A template has been created by the organizers and it is highly recommended for use at least for the first and last slide. The template can be downloaded here.

The video of the presentation has to be a length of 5 min, using these parameters:

  • Resolution: min 720p, max 1080p
  • Format: .mp4
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • It is recommended to record the video using Power Point for Microsoft Windows and keeping the audio on (the webcam should be switched off).

The file of the video (named with the number available in the scientific program) has to be put on a specific drive by August 30, 2021. After that date, the file uploading will be definitively closed. The drive for posters is  - click here -

 

 

 

The final deadline for abstract submission for posters is July 31, 2021.

Please download here the abstract submission form and fill in the file.
The abstract has to be submitted using the on-line platform ConfTool: www.conftool.com/rdpa2021.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

The Organizing Committee cannot guarantee that abstracts received after the above mentioned deadline will be published in the Book of Abstracts.

At least the presenting Author must be registered to the congress before July 31, 2021 to confirm his/her participation.
